Requirements
Prerequisites: Sixty semester hours approved postsecondary education; approved acupuncture program; all portions of the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine written examination; Clean Needle Technique Course of the CCAOM
Required Documentation: Individual review of credentials by agency staff to determine if statutory requirements have been met
