Bachelor's degree or 3 years experience in a food safety or regulatory food protection program acceptable to the Department.
Classroom training and field exercise. Requires course attendance, homework assignments, field exercise, final exam. Written request from local health director and committment to use the candidate to conduct food service inspections. Field standardization.
