Duration: Other - (Casino employee Temporary licenses are issued within ten days and have no expiration until a permanent license is issued based on completion of CT State Police Background Investigation. Permanent licenses expire annually on 10/31)

Required Documentation: Employer must certify on application that applicant will be hired if licensed. College transcripts, fingerprints, birth certificate, alien registry, 5 years tax returns

Fee Exemptions: All licenses are exempt from fees. Cost of license processing is reimbursed to State via budgets w/each Casino. Vendor principals must pay $24.00 for fingerprint checks.
